Research & Strategic Insights
To position the business for hyper-local growth, the strategy focused on capturing new residential accounts within the owner’s target neighborhoods while reinforcing trust with a loyal, existing client base. A comprehensive local competitor audit revealed a saturated landscape filled with visual sameness—dominated by generic green palettes, predictable leaf icons, and industrial typography. This market saturation presented a clear opportunity for visual disruption. By steering away from overused industry tropes, the creative direction was engineered around three core pillars: making the brand distinct from the local competition, approachable to residential homeowners, and deeply identifiable with the owner’s trusted personal reputation.

Discovery & The Creative Process
We looked over the difference from the competitors and what they have and tried to avoid those ideas and try to do something that's more in line with his brand. Since the owner is well known in the neighborhood, we went with that motif as other competitors lack that idea in theirs.
