What I did!
Mitigating Brand Risk and Ad-Space Non-Compliance
The brand faced a critical challenge with automated ad-space filters flagging creative assets for inappropriate imagery. This resulted in frequent ad campaign shutdowns, loss of revenue, and potential damage to the brand's reputation. The primary goal was to eliminate these flags while maintaining the visual impact of the ads.

Root-Cause Analysis and "Safe-Scale" Framework
Instead of addressing flags on a case-by-case basis, I implemented a two-fold strategy to solve the issue at the source:
Audit & Pattern Recognition: Conducted a comprehensive "Compare and Contrast" audit of all flagged vs. approved assets. I identified specific visual triggers—such as certain scene, framing styles, and suggestive silhouettes—that were triggering the AI filters.
A/B Testing for Compliance: I spearheaded a rigorous A/B testing phase. By running controlled variations of flagged ads, we isolated exactly which creative elements could be retained for performance and which needed to be overhauled to meet ad-space requirements.

Establishing New Creative Governance
To ensure long-term scalability, I transitioned the team from a reactive to a proactive workflow:
Visual Standards Manual: I authored a "Creative Guideline" for the design team, defining a new art direction that favored high-clarity compositions. This included specific "Visual Language, Visual Imagery and Visual Scenario.
Creative Mentorship: I developed a suite of "Reference Prototypes" for the team. These served as a benchmark for how to balance provocative, high-engagement design with platform compliance.
Workflow Integration: I integrated a mandatory "Compliance Check" into the creative pipeline, where senior leads reviewed assets against the new guidelines before they hit the ad stage.
New Creative Work: I also advise them to create work that are more suggestive in the story rather than showcasing the intimate scene

Rapid Compliance & System Stability
Immediate Impact: Achieved an 80% reduction in flagged assets within the first 7 days of implementing the new art direction.
Optimization & Scaling: By the second week, compliance reached 99%. I led the team through a final "anomaly audit" to refine edge-case assets and resolve minor technical discrepancies.
Full Resolution: By week three, 100% of the ad suite was approved across all platforms, completely eliminating campaign downtime.
Long-Term Stability: The new creative governance proved successful, with very little flagging issues reported in subsequent months, allowing the team to focus entirely on performance and scaling rather than damage control.
